Presentation of the website

The N-GO TRANSLATE website (“The Website” https://ngotranslate-edu.com/ ) presents the following services : 

  • Translation, revision, proofreading.
  • Language courses (English, French).
  • Writing (transcription, subtitling, articles…).

These terms of use are a contract. Any user who visits the website accepts these terms by continuing to browse. They frame the relations between the Website and its users. All visitors agree to read and respect the rules. The website editor reserves the right to make changes to these, it is up to the user to read the terms of use in force when he/she connects to the website.  

Website access rules

Access and use of the website imply acceptance and compliance with these terms of use, whatever the technical means of access and the terminals used. Access and use of the website are reserved exclusively for adults.

These terms apply to any variation or extension of the site on existing or future social and / or community networks.

The website is technically accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but the website editor may suspend, limit or interrupt access to update, modify its content or any other action necessary for the proper functioning of the website.

Requests will be subject to quotes and users are informed that they have 14 open days to renounce a previously accepted quote.

Payment information’s

No payment is made directly on the website. Credit card and other payment transactions will be made either by bank transfer, PayPal or iDeal which are online payment stream. All online payments will be made in accordance with the data security standard of the payment card industry.

N-GO TRANSLATE AND EDUCATION attaches importance to the protection of users’ personal data.

The website collects Identity Data which includes the first name, last name, surname or nickname and user email or similar identifier. During interactions via social networks, the username may be part of the data collected. Contact Data includes the email address. This data is collected when via the website contact form, by phone, email, or social network. The website does not collect sensitive information (race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, union membership, information relating to user’s health, genetic or biometric data), or information relating to criminal offenses or convictions.

Michelle MOUTYMBO is data controller. She will keep all the data collected in the website’s computer systems under reasonable security conditions if the contractual relationship continues and the accounting and tax data for 7 years according to Dutch law. The data controller undertakes to protect the personal data collected, not to transmit it to third parties without the user having been informed of it and to respect the purposes for which this data has been collected

 
The personal data collected will be used in accordance with the law and mainly for the purpose of responding to user requests and providing the requested services; during anti-fraud checks during the payment process, to meet legal or regulatory obligations and for customer follow-up. The present Terms are written in French and in English.  If the two versions differ, only the French version shall prevail.
